NOVUS® Packaging Systems

The innovative NOVUS Air Cushion machine produces a variety of air cushions from large cushions to quilt/pad shapes. Produce bubble on demand at an astonishing 70 lineal feet per minute. It's the most compact and fastest inflation system available, making packaging material on demand easier than ever. The NOVUS machine uses 16" wide, low density polyethylene film (#4). Four different film configurations are available.

Use the NOVUS Double Cushion for large void fill applications. NOVUS Supertube and Quilt-Air Large cushions can be used for void fill, wrapping and surface protection. NOVUS Quilt-Air Small can be used for interleaving and small bubble applications. No more bubble storage; make bubble when you need it!

FastTrack Paper System

There are a variety of FASTTrack® systems that make paper void fill and cushioning material on site: the new FASTTrack® PAPER PAK'R that dispenses paper at up to 5 ½ feet per second, is easy to operate and extremely reliable; the FS-1 System for medium to large users; the FS-2 Straddle System for medium to large on-line over-the-conveyor applications; the tabletop Benchmate system that can be used on an existing packing table or mounted on a stand over a conveyor line.

All FASTTrack® machines use single-ply, Kraft paper. Flexible, efficient, FASTTrack® paper can be used for void fill, cushioning, blocking, bracing, lining cartons, surface protection or wrapping a variety of products.

CELL-O® EZ Air Cushion Machine

The CELL-O® EZ machine does not require compressed air, is small and can be plugged in a regular (110v) outlet. It uses customized, pre-formed film to make continuous chains of perforated air cushions in a variety of sizes. Two film sizes are offered: standard, 8" wide and 4" long or large, 8" wide and 7.5" long.

The CELL-O® EZ machine is fast and can produce air cushions at approximately 40 linear feet of film per minute. It's portable, fits anywhere, is extremely quiet and easy to load. Perfect for pack and ship stores, warehouses, and distribution centers and start-up operations.

Adding a PRE-TEAR UNIT to the CELL-O EZ system allows more air in each cushion, increasing the cubic foot yield of each film roll while making it easy to separate the cushions for faster packing.

CELL-O® EZ II-B Air Cushion Machine

For customers with large or small void fill applications, the CELL-O® EZ II machine uses pre-configured, perforated film in a variety of sizes and film types. Changing film sizes or threading in new film takes only 15 seconds.

With its self-contained air supply, the CELL-O® EZ II system is one of the fastest air cushion machines available, producing small cushions at 49 lineal feet per minute and large cushions at 32 lineal feet per minute. Operator-friendly and maintenance-free, the
CELL-O® EZ II system is ideal for both large distribution centers and smaller operations.

SmartBAGGER™

IntelliPack's SmartBAGGER™ is foam-in-bag packaging technology ideal for high-volume, medium to large applications that require protective void fill, blocking and bracing, and cushioning during the shipping and handling process.

IntelliPack's design engineers developed the SmartBAGGER™ foam packaging machine from the operator's point of view and included our Telemetry system that uses a modem to connect to IntelliPack's customer service. Through the connection, IntelliPack monitors equipment performance, tracks chemical and film usage, and reorders supplies. IntelliPack's advanced technologies enable the SmartBAGGER™ system to predict maintenance, dispatch service technicians and automatically reorder supplies as well.
